Bought a visor and a pinlock insert. The visor came without the pins for the pinlock insert!
The picture of the visor at Thevisorshop's homepage was clearly a visor WITH the pins for the pinlock insert, but when I contacted the customer support, they said, that the picture is a picture of the genuine visor, and not the visor I bought! There Are NO picture of the visor that I bought!
The company itself seems fine except for their choice to only use the rip off company DHL as the shipper. DHL charges outrageous fees like charging $20 to collect $3 of tax. Would not order from them again or recommend anyone else do so until they find a non stealing shipping company. DHL is so bad that there is a class action lawsuit against them.

The Visor Shop responded very promptly to a number of requests I had around my order. Customer service was excellent and would encourage me to shop again with them.

Very impressed
No problem with the service from the Visor Shop but DHL - poor. I paid extra for quick delivery but it was delayed by several days. Eventually had to phone DHL. As such I probably won’t use the Visor Shop in future due to the poor delivery
I was sent an expensive visor and found it had a flaw through the middle of it. I was told to return it at my cost (from NZ). Their Terms & Conditions clearly state if a faulty item is delivered, they pay for the return postage. Most of my emails were ignored until finally i decided it was too expensive to pay for the return and re-postage myself. They need to learn their own terms and reply in a timely manner. I am now stuck with a $200 visor I cannot use.
